How to order

Order Processing

After receiving your order, our manager will process it and come back to you to specify some detail regarding the order itself and the address and cost of the shipping. We process the orders almost around the clock, so you won't have to wait much. While filling in the order form, please, pay attention to your contact information - it must be correct. If you hesitate while making an order and need out help or consultation, feel free to send us an e-mail.


Payment policies

Please, take into account, that we start producing your order only after 100% payment. We accept paypal and Western Union money transfers. If you are not sure if the total sum is counted correctly or the way you would like to make money transfer, please, choose the point "Payment after approval" and our managers will get in touch with you.


Package and delivery

To guarantee the integrity and safety of the goods you purchased we provide signature package in several layers of special materials to prevent damages while shipping.
The shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. The terms of shipment depend on the country you live in and may vary from one to 6-8 weeks in some cases.
The cost of shipping to Europe is from $27, to USA and Canada - from $31. We are constantly negotiating the reduction of the shipping prices with our delivery service, so stay tuned!

Our main delivery partner is EMS express courier service, that is a part of International Postal Union. It provides tracking number and insurance.
After your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number and approximate terms. You may also use your Personal Cabinet on our site to watch the changes of your order status. You have to register to get this option.

Refund or replacement

We insure every shipment, so if your parcel comes to you with damages, you need to make the photos of it immediately and send it to us within 24 hours. Without photos we do not guarantee the replacement or refund.
If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, please, contact us and attach photos with comments on the problem you have.
Please remember that every our product is handmade and can not be totally similar to each other.
We are ready to replace the products you are not satisfied with or which are damaged for free after you ship the originals back to us (at your cost) in a week.
